The event is not free to attend. Unless you have been invited as a judge of the Awards and a guest of the brand or sponsor, all tickets must be purchased in advance of the event. Visit the event website for information on pricing.

There are different drinks receptions being held at this event. Please refer to your ticket and communications from the event team to determine which reception you are invited to attend, and its location (different dinks receptions are held in different locations).
If in doubt, please arrive in time for the main event drinks reception.
Yes, this will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the event date. Please ensure we hold the relevant email address for you to receive this eTicket (ie if you know you will not be able to access your work email address 24hours prior, please provide us with a personal or alternative address.
You must present a ticket on your mobile device (printed is okay too) to gain entry to the event. This is in the interest of safety and security.
Your eTicket will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the event. If you cannot find your ticket within 24 hours of the event, please contact the person who booked your table. It is possible we did not receive your personal details. Check your spam box.

You will need to display your ticket to security at the door to gain entry to the event. Please make sure you have it ready to show on your mobile device. This is in the interest of safety and security.
This will be emailed to you directly within 24 hours of the event taking place. You can also find your table number and a full list of table numbers for everyone in the room on the ‘Seating Plan’ tab of this website, 48 hours prior to the event.
The dress code is Black Tie optional.
Please note that trainers, shorts, tracksuits, hats etc are not appropriate for this event and security may turn away guests who are not dressed appropriately.
We encourage playful takes on black tie (funky bow ties, jackets, dresses, etc), so long as outfits remain formal to suit the occasion.
This event has a zero-tolerance policy with regards to behaviour which may be deemed inappropriate or offensive. This includes but is not limited to; verbal or physical abuse of staff or other attendees, racism, homophobia, discrimination and any form of harassment or unwanted interaction with others.
This is a business event and attendees are expected to behave in a professional manner. Anyone found to be behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave by venue security and a subsequent investigation will take place.
Anyone who is made to feel uncomfortable at our events should raise this with either venue staff as a matter of urgency, who will inform the event management team from emap, or directly with the event management team from emap.
Please contact a member of venue staff, security, or waitstaff if you have a problem you need assistance with. Please request the floor manager for any food and beverage related queries.
We ask that all dietary requirements are sent to us directly, in advance of the event. Your table booker should have already collected your dietary requirement and passed this onto us, and we will have reconfirmed this to you directly by email. If you have any concerns or do not recall having seen that email, please contact the event organisers using the detail at the top of this page.
We also advise you to check with your wine waiter when you arrive at your table, that they are aware of your requirement.
Note: you will be served a meal appropriate to your dietary requirements. We are unable to facilitate requests to change your choices on the day of the event, or when seated at your table.

All guests are allocated one glass of bubbly during the drinks reception, and there is wine included in your table package on the table as a minimum (other packages have extras included, please check this with your table booker).
Any additional refreshments you may require can be ordered on the day once you are seated at your table.
This event will feature lighting effects, including strobe, and the music will be very loud – guests are advised accordingly.
There are lifts in this venue for anyone who requires them. If you have a guest who requires access assistance it is imperative you inform us in advance so we can make the arrangements with the venue in advance.
If any of your guests attending the event feel unwell, unsafe, or have other concerns, they should approach a member of the security or venue team as soon as possible.
The Hilton London Bankside has a cloakroom which you can store coats, jackets, oversized bags, and any other bulky clothing or bags you bring with you to the event. Please note that due to fire regulations you are not permitted to bring coats or bags larger than a clutch size into the main event space, these must be stored in the cloakroom area. This applies to rucksacks, briefcases, umbrellas, lightweight jackets, raincoats, and other bulky clothing items. If you require access to the cloakroom, please arrive in plenty of time as there can often be lengthy queues to use these facilities depending on the time of year. We would advise you only to bring clothing/bags you specifically need for your attendance.
STRICT SUBSTANCE POLICY
The consumption or use of illegal drugs or other substances is strictly prohibited at this event. There is a security team on-site who will eject anyone found to be participating in drug-taking without prejudice and these individuals will not be permitted a refund.

The Hilton London Bankside takes its responsibility with regards to the consumption of alcohol very seriously. We absolutely want everyone to have fun at this event. However, any guests attending the event deemed too intoxicated by the event security team will be denied access. We kindly request and remind all guests to drink responsibly. This includes pre-drinking.
We regret that those under the age of eighteen are not permitted to attend the event. This is a condition of the licence the venue holds, and is not flexible. Please ensure all your guests are aged eighteen and over.
Security at the event remain the right to request ID and refuse access to anyone deemed underage. Appropriate ID includes a driving license or passport – types of ID accepted are the same as if you were trying to gain entry to pub or club, or purchase alcohol in a supermarket.

It is particularly important you tell us if any dietary requirements have changed, and that you provide us with the contact details of the new guest so that we can provide them with a ticket, attendance information, and swap them on our own guest lists.
Yes, a professional photographer and videographer will be present. You can access the photographs on the event website within 2 weeks post-event. The event highlight video will be made available on the event website. By attending the event you are consenting to being featured in this content. If you wish to avoid being photographed, please remove yourself from any group photograph scenarios and make yourself known to the photographer in the room. If you notice any imagery online in which you feature, you may email the event manager after the event and request the removal of the image. Requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
