Melinda Wenn leads Bechtel’s Morava Corridor project in Serbia, where alongside its partner ENKA, the team is delivering a major motorway and an extensive river regulation system through strong collaboration with partners, customers, and local stakeholders. With more than 20 years at Bechtel, Melinda brings deep expertise in field engineering, quality systems, and construction management across complex transport, aviation, and energy programmes worldwide. Before joining the Morava Corridor, Melinda worked on the Riyadh Metro in Saudi Arabia, Muscat International Airport in Oman, Hamad International Airport in Qatar, the Channel Tunnel Rail Link in the UK, and the Prairie State Power Plant in the US. A strong advocate for innovation in construction, Melinda is passionate about building resilient infrastructure that delivers lasting social value and actively promotes construction as a rewarding career choice for women and the next generation of engineers. Melinda holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in construction management.
