Phil is an Associate Director and Civil Engineer at AtkinsRéalis with over 20 years’ experience in asset management across the highways, water, and rail sectors. Having spent over a decade delivering Operations and Maintenance contracts for the Highways Agency (now National Highways), Phil now leads structures asset management advisory commissions for Road Authorities in the UK and overseas at AtkinsRéalis. He specialises in lifecycle planning, asset data quality, and the development of practical analytical tools to support evidence based decision making. Phil recently led the industry wide Working Group responsible for updating Part C of the Well Managed Highway Infrastructure Code of Practice, and is an active contributor to the evolution of best practice in highway asset management.
