Judges

The NCE Bridges Awards are judged by an independent panel of asset owners, senior engineers, contractors and industry leaders. Each entry is read and scored against the published criteria, and judges declare any conflicts of interest and do not score entries where they have one. The panel meets to agree the winners, and all decisions are final.
