I have 28 years’ experience working with bridges of various types of age, construction materials and uses. Specialising in capital investment of existing structures which includes refurbishments, restorations, protection, strengthening, renewals, modernisation and replacements. Currently I am accountable for the major structures on the Transport for London road network which includes some of London’s most iconic and vital structures. Previously had a similar role across all of London Underground’s structures. For each scheme which range from £1m to £200m, I set out the objectives, produce the business case, obtain the funding and provide a governance role across the project lifecycle.
