Helen is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Construction Manager with over 15 years experience in construction and civil engineering across different sectors. Helen works as the Structures and Tunnels Asset Manager for Kent County Council Highways and Transportation Directorate, leading four engineering teams delivering capital and revenue projects on the County’s 2000+ highway structures, tunnels, special geotechnical measures and vehicle restraint systems. Helen is passionate about encouraging the future of our industry and supporting those already present, she is an ICE mentor, STEM Ambassador and Secretary of the ADEPT National Bridges Group.
