Sas has over 30 years of extensive experience in engineering consultancy and delivery of bridges and civil engineering projects including planning, design, assessment, construction and maintenance / asset management. Focusing on complex schemes for Transport for London, National Highways, Network Rail, London Underground, Local Government and private organizations, he has profound understanding and knowledge of the engineering processes, value engineering, buildability and finance, whole life costing, health and safety and carbon footprint / environmental sustainability.
